The stamps depict Incheon Bridge in Korea and Octavio Frias de Oliveira Bridge in Brazil. Incheon Bridge, unveiled in October, is the fifth-longest in the world at 21 kilometers. The Octavio Frias de Oliveira Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge in Sao Paulo over the Pinheiros River. President Namgung presented the stamps and discussed further cooperation between the two countries with Ambassador Fujita.
